If you are starting a business in Pennsylvania there are several forms you will have to acquire to apply for the licenses you will need.

              1.  FOR EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (EIN)

              2.  EMPLOYEE STATE UNEMPLOYMENT TAX I.D. NUMBER
